CVS Show & Tell…84% Savings!

by Kimberly on April 3, 2011

There are some GREAT deals at CVS this week!!  I had so much fun shopping at Walgreens and CVS today!  CVS does not have all the ‘rules’ that Walgreens has, which makes it so much easier! Below is a picture of what I bought, then I break down exactly what I did, how many transactions and what coupons I used! I hope this helps you all save some money this week!

Red = manufacturer coupons (Can use 1 coupon per item…if coupon states -$1/5…that is one coupon for 5 items)
Green = store coupons (can use 1 coupon per item…AND CAN combine with a manufacturer coupon)
SS = Smart Source Coupon Insert from Sunday paper (the date of which sunday will be indicated for all inserts mentioned below)
RP = Red Plum Insert from sunday paper.
GM = General Mills Insert From Sunday Paper
PG = Proctor & Gamble insert from sunday paper
MQ = Manufacturer Coupon

Two Tips to Shopping at CVS:
1) You HAVE to have a CVS card to get these savings and the ECB (Extra Care Bucks) Rewards. You can sign up for one at the register up front.
2) CVS has a Coupon kiosk in their store, usually in the front, where you scan your card and it prints coupons out for you. These are CVS (store) coupons that can be combined with MQ (manufacturer coupons). BE SURE TO SCAN YOUR CVS CARD BEFORE YOU CHECK OUT!
3) There are Limits to how many offers (ECB) per CVS card. Those are listed on my CVS weekly ad, the in store weekly ad and under the products on the tag where the ECB reward is indicated.
