Giving Back: School Supplies to Donate for FREE!

by Kimberly on July 16, 2011

Here is my absolute favorite post of the week!! If you’ve taken one of my workshops you know that I am HUGE on ‘Giving Back’ and Blessing others, and that my family was incredibly blessed by the ministry of a food bank in our time of need and also by others who would give us care baskets full of groceries. I am blessed that today I’m able to ‘Give Back’ and bless others out of the abundance I have from couponing. Each week I suggest a few items that can be donated for under $2.  I thought it would be good if we start donating school supplies.  If you can’t get to a Food Bank…PLEASE donate to a family in need or save them up to donate to your local school so they can give it to kids in need!  WE CAN MAKE A DIFFERENCE!

To find a Food Bank (FL) near you to donate to CLICK HERE. This list is growing rapidly and I have several counties here in FL now covered. If you know of a food Bank not on the list, please email me so I can get it added. I’d love to start adding other states!! ;-) Thank you!

The items this week coincide with the Publix Sale that runs 7/14-7/20 (7/13-7/19 in some areas)
**Please note that the pens and pencils here require you to use a Target coupon, so if your store does not honor Target coupons, just get the Scissors…and those will be FREE too!
